Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Shipping (within India): Free shipping on all orders.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery times vary depending on product availability and your location. 

Domestic Orders:
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, your parcel will be delivered within 7 to 10 business days, subject to availability.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Shipping costs are payable by customer for shipping to locations outside India. International orders are normally processed within 10 - 15 business days from the date of orders.
  • Shipping timelines will be intimated to the customer in advance.
  • All our products are packed in secure tamper proof packaging. If you find that the package is tampered with please do not accept delivery of the same from the carrier. If the customer accepts delivery, it will be deemed that the product arrived in a tamper proof condition.
  • Local Taxes, Duty & Customs should be borne by the customer. 

Note: These are estimated timelines and may be affected by external factors such as logistics delays, high-demand products, or unforeseen service disruptions. For viral or trending products, there may be additional delays due to production backlogs. In such cases, customers will be notified, and order cancellations will not be accepted as the products are made-to-order.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Delivery Guidelines

  • Please ensure you or an authorized recipient is available at the delivery address during courier hours (9 AM – 7 PM IST) to receive the parcel.

  • If you are unavailable, the delivery executive will try to contact you. If unreachable, the parcel may be sent to the nearest courier hub for self-pickup.

  • In the event that the order is returned due to non-availability or failed delivery attempts, and the customer chooses to cancel, ₹100 shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
