We value your trust and aim to ensure you’re happy with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns or exchanges may be accepted.


Return & Exchange Conditions

We accept return requests within 2 days of delivery and offer a 2-day return window, starting from the date you receive the item. You must raise a return/exchange request within 2 days of delivery to be eligible.


Returns Not Accepted In the Following Cases

  • Change of Mind or "Didn’t like the product"

  • Color/Look mismatch due to lighting or screen differences

  • Beads or sequins fall-off, which is natural in handworked items

  • Sale items are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable

  • International Orders – Payments made on international orders are non-refundable under any circumstances


Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item Received

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must record an unpacking video to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Unpacking Video Instructions:

  • Start recording before opening the outer packaging

  • Ensure the video is continuous, uncut, and unedited

  • Clearly show the sealed package, shipping label, and the product condition

  • If damage/defect is noticed, capture it clearly in the same video

No claim will be entertained without this video evidence.


Return Process

  1. Contact Us

    • Reach out to us within 2 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp at +91 7093319171 with your order number and the unpacking video.

  2. Request Approval

    • Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

    • You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was defective or incorrect.

    • If your return is approved, we will reimburse shipping charges up to ₹100 only.

  3. Inspection & Processing

    • Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected.

    • If approved, we will:

      • Ship a replacement item within 5 business days, or

      • Initiate a refund (if replacement is unavailable) within 2 working days


Refunds

Refunds are only processed:

  • If a replacement is not possible

  • Upon successful inspection and approval of the return

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method


Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to reject any return if it does not comply with our policy.

  • Please ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for return shipments.

  • No returns/refunds for minor variations in color or handwork.

  • Return/refund requests will not be entertained without a valid unpacking video.
